Sandra J. Stricklin, age 79, passed away September 23, 2023. Born July 27, 1944, in Wharton, TX, Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Jess Alexander Moody and Willa May Moody. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Billy Stricklin; sons Spencer (Kelly) Stricklin and Michael (Kate) Stricklin; grandchildren Tori, Zella, and William; sister Linda (Thomas) Tatum of Whitehouse, TX; and beloved dogs, cats, and birds.
Sandra was a graduate of the University of Houston and a member of Master Gardeners of Blount County. She was the most kind-hearted and soft-hearted person ever, and a phenomenal wife, mom, grandma, sister, and friend.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 2pm at Grandview Pavilion, 2316 Graves Road, Maryville, TN 37803.
