Jill Allison (Parris) Callaway, age 48, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 26th, 2026, after a long battle with congestive heart failure. Jill is a member of Miller's Cove Missionary Baptist Church and a retired Hospice nurse. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Mable (her precious Mamaw) and Doyle Whitehead, her uncle, Houston Whitehead (Uncle Hoot), and her beloved cousin, Cortni Harris. She is survived by her parents, Judy and Loren Parris, her four sons whom she loved dearly and was very proud of, Colton Callaway, Ian Callaway (Katelyn), Logan Callaway (Meagan), Collin Callaway (Rayah). She is also survived by her three beautiful grandchildren, Ben, Graden, and Raelynn Callaway; her sister, Lori Brooks, foster brother Brent Woelk, foster sisters, Melody Day Massengill, Sheri Woelk, and Shannon Johnson; the father of her children, Dewayne Stockton; special nephews and niece, Dalton, Dustin, and Priscilla Day, her Black Lab and best friend, Onyx. Per Jill's wishes, there will be no formal service. The immediate family will have a private memorial on October 18th, which would have been Jill's 49th birthday.
