Connie Ann Dyell, age 77, passed away on May 9, 2026. Connie was born on June 3, 1948. She is preceded in death by her husband Maxime F. Dyell; children Maxime C. Dyell (Helen Dyell) and Cynthia Newton; and great grandchild Bradley Kyle Adkins. Connie is survived by children Charles Cook and Celeste Staggs (Richard Staggs); grandchildren Todd Dyell, Edward Dyell, Amanda Dyell, Christopher Cook, Stephanie Cooper, Evan Adkins, Cailey Staggs and Delaney Staggs; great grandchild Jordyn Dyell; as well as many more relatives, loved ones and dearly loved friends. The Celebration of Life will be at 109 Hickory Drive, Maryville, TN 37804 from 3-8 on Friday, May 22. This is a casual outdoor affair, so no need to dress up. Even though she loved the sentiment of flowers, they made her sneeze like crazy, so we are asking to refrain from sending flowers and donate, if you are so inclined, in honor of Connie. Because we all know how much she loved feeding people, we collaborated with the local school to cover unpaid lunch accounts.
