Carol Frances Smith

Carol Frances Smith, of Maryville, TN passed away surrounded by family on May 3, 2026. Carol was born in Leoma, TN on March 24, 1938 to the late Clara Gertrude and Raymond Blaine Garretson. She went to school in Auburndale, FL and retired from Publix in Lakeland, FL. Carol was a long-time member of First Baptist Church, Madisonville. She is preceded in death by her husband Albert Aaron Smith, her parents, and her daughter Lori Anne McGee. Carol is survived by her children Mike Smith and Linda Fitzsimmons, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was a very loving woman and will be missed by her friends and family.
