Mr. William David Blevins

William David Blevins, age 52, passed away unexpectedly at home on November 13, 2018. He is preceded in death by his grandparents William & Geraldine Mincy and James (JD) & Anna Mae Blevins, brother James David Blevins, uncle Danny Blevins and niece Sherry Ann Mincy. David is survived by his mother Roxie Mincy Thomas, father James Blevins (Peggy), sister Lisa Mincy Teffeteller (Alvin), half-sister Karrie Blevins Parker, half-brother Kris Blevins, nieces, Melinda Mincy Self (Bill), Melissa Mincy Doucett and Deidra Mincy, nephew Michael Parker, great-nieces and nephews Audra, Billy and Alex Self, Jayla, Avery & Zuriel Doucett, aunts Libby Bryant (JD), Linda Mincy Pavlik (Ron), Donna Mincy White (Steve), Wanda Helton and Linda Burlingame, uncles Charles Mincy, Kenny Mincy, Jerry Blevins and Darrell Blevins, great-uncle Garland Fraley (Tanya), best friends James Wilson and Alvin Teffeteller as well as several cousins. There will be a Visitation on Monday, November 26th from 1-2pm at the Grandview Mausoleum Chapel, 2304 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803.
