Wesley Ryan Thomas, age 40, of Louisville, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2025.
Wesley was born July 20, 1984, in Monroe, Louisiana, to Jackson and Debbie Waldron Thomas. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Concord, TN. Wesley worked as a professional, over-the-road driver.
Wesley is preceded in death by his grandparents Tommy and Mary Anne (Garrott) Waldron, Julian and Annie (Collier) Finch, and James and Mary Louise (White) Thomas. All grandparents resided in Hopkinsville, KY.
In addition to his parents, Wesley is survived by his brother, Preston Thomas. He is the nephew of Thomas (Belinda) Waldron and Mike (Belinda) Finch. He is also survived by numerous cousins from the Waldron, Thomas, and Finch families.
The private funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 7th, at Hillcrest Baptist Church, Hopkinsville, KY followed by burial in Green Hills Memorial Gardens.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Thursday, June 12th, at Alcoa First Methodist Church, Alcoa, TN. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. and a service will follow, officiated by Pastor Brad Stapleton.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Alcoa First Methodist Church Children’s Ministry, Walker Ranch Farm in Sevierville TN at www.wvr.org/wesley-ryan-thomas, or KARM.
