Mrs. Vickie Diane Goins

Vickie Diane Goins passed away Monday, September 19, 2016 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Martha Cogburn; brother, Larry Cogburn. Survivors include her husband of almost 50 years, Jerry Goins; son, Chris Goins; daughter and son-in-law, Joy and Geoff Forbes; grandchildren, Brittany and Jonathan Lowery, Ariel, Izabel, and Charlotte Forbes; great grandchildren, Braxton and Deacon Lowery; siblings, Roger and Anna Cogburn, Sandy Thomas, Tammy Stout, Mickey and Debbie Cogburn, Pam and Dennis Kirtley, and sister in law Pat Cogburn. A Celebration of Life will be held at Diane’s home church, Maple Grove Baptist Church, 3201 Carpenters Grade Road, Maryville, TN 37801 at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2016.
