Larry Felton Lawhorn

Larry Felton Lawhorn passed away on July 29, 2024. Born on April 21, 1944, to parents Felton Lawhorn and Marie Hobby Lawhorn of Sycamore, GA. Larry served in the U.S. Navy for 24 years, including two tours in Viet Nam. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Expert Rifleman Medal, Viet Nam Service Medal (with 3 stars), and Viet Nam Campaign Medal (with device). He was employed by the Department of Education as a Loan Analyst.

Larry is survived by his sister Joan Johnson, son John Lawhorn, son Matt Lawhorn, daughter Judy Lawhorn, and four grandchildren: Brea, Linley, Ethan, and Jaron.

Funeral arrangements will be made at a later date.
