Gene left this life to go be with Jesus on October 10, 2023, at the age of 80. He was a Baptist deacon for many years, and an ALCOA machinist specialist until retirement.
He is survived by his precious wife of 62 years, Pat, and his wonderful children Kim, Karen, and Kipper (Sarah). Gene was a very loving Papaw to his grandchildren Allison, Cameron (Liv), Chandler (Amelia), Chase, Kip, and Knox.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 2-4pm at Upper Room Church, 1610 William Blount Drive, Maryville.
