Bernadine Luketich, 81, of Maryville, TN, passed away Monday, November 6, 2023. Born on January 24, 1942, in Harvey, IL, Bernadine graduated from Mother McAuley High School in Chicago, IL and attended St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO before going on to work for Liberty Mutual Life Insurance.

Bernadine is preceded in death by her parents, James and Bernadine Carlyle, as well as her husband Richard Luketich. She is survived by son James H. Luketich; grandchildren PFC Timothy Luketich, Alyssa Luketich, Audrey Hooper, William J. Luketich, and Cody Luketich; and cousins Susan Pasquini, Jerry Struven, and Joan Hernandez.

There will be a Memorial Service to honor Bernadine’s life on November 17, 2023, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Alcoa, TN. Visitation for friends and family will be 10-11 am, Mass will be held at 11 am, and Inurnment in the columbarium will immediately follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic War Veterans c/o Our Lady of Fatima, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Bernadine loved her family, her church, and her shelties.
