Mrs. Phyllis A. Ruckman

Phyllis A. (Mayes) (West) Ruckman age 71 Passed away September 29, 2017. She was born in Middlesboro, KY and graduated from Jellico, TN High School in 1964. She worked in farming, banking, and cosmetics before she opened a doll shop in Gatlinburg, TN, Adorable Treasures, for a few years. Then she worked and retired after several years as the Personnel Director for Holiday Inn in Gatlinburg, TN. She is survived by her husband, Michael; daughters, Shelia Morton and Tonja and John Bryant; sisters, Zella and Austin Teague, Pearl and Linville Frye, Emma Kay and Mike Parton; brother, James, Jr. and Barbara Mayes; grandchildren, Ashley Miller, Justin Byrd, Zylas Bryant, Nakana Morton, Keola Morton; great granddaughter, Gracie Byrd; and a host of nieces and nephews.
