Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Stewart Cobb

Martha Elizabeth Stewart Cobb, age 85, of Alcoa, passed away on October 6, 2019. Mrs. Cobb was preceded in death by parents, Robert and Lula Mae Noah Stewart; and sister Mary Alice Stewart Erb. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, James Edmond Cobb; 3 sons, Jeffery Edmond Cobb, James Stewart Cobb and John Andrew Cobb; 5 grandchildren, Catherine Cobb, Andrew Cobb, Erin Cobb, Adam Cobb and Jasper Cobb. Mrs. Cobb was a member of Alcoa First United Methodist Church where she played the organ and piano for 44 years ending in 2017. She taught music in the Knoxville city schools for many years.
