Marcus A. Lowe

Marcus “Mark” A. Lowe born December 10th, 1967 passed away on May 3rd of 2021. Mark graduated from Heritage High School. He was survived by brother and sister-in-law, Tracey and Kathy Lowe, niece Nicole Mendoza, nephew Eric Lowe, aunt Phyllis Sutton, uncle Lewis Sutton, aunt Charlotte Lytle, cousins Sherry, Terry, Lisa, Frankie, and several other cousins, friends Stanley weeks, and Teddy Willis. Marcus is preceded in death by mom Brenda Jane Conner, dad Ernest Roy Lowe, brother Michael Roy Lowe, grandparents Marie Effler, Floyd Effler, Cousin Kevin Kelley, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
