Mrs. Katherine Michelle Patrick

Katherine Michelle Patrick, age 48 of Maryville passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018. Katherine loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. She enjoyed several hobbies including floral photography, all types of crafts, and painting. She was an excellent cook. Katherine graduated from Morristown Hamblen High School West in the class of 1988 and studied at The University of Tennessee in the fields of medical office administration, medical billing and medical coding. She is survived by her husband, George Patrick; son, Zachary Curtis Holtz (Krystal); daughters, Victoria Margret Martin (Cory), Hailee Elizabeth Leigh Holtz; grandchildren, Blake Martin, Blane Martin, Dean Andrew Holtz; father, Jackie Curtis Leach; mother Bonnie Margret Honaker; sisters, Deborah Lynn Saulsbury, Cheryl Ann Norris. A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Smith Professional Center’s Hampton Hall, 627 Smithview Drive Maryville, TN 37803.
