MARGARET CAROLINE CHRISTIANSON, 90, passed away at the home of her daughter, Marsha and Dan Wynn of Louisville, TN, on June 28. She was born November 6, 1926 on a farm near Sand Creek, Wisconsin, to Guy and Mina (Myran) Jenson.. She married Jack Christianson of Bloomer, on April 12, 1947. They purchased their farm in the Town of Howard in 1953. She worked for two years at the Bronken Agency. Margaret also drove school bus for 27 years. She was very active in her church, involved in Sunday School, music, circle chairperson, and Ladies Aid president for many years. She was famous for her cinnamon rolls, lefse, and friendship bread. Throughout her life, she enjoyed many hobbies - including playing guitar and singing, gardening, home improvement projects, cards, horseback riding, square dancing. She did everything with love and a strong commitment admired by many. Margaret moved from her home near Colfax to her daughter's home in TN three years ago. She was preceded in death by parents Guy and Mina Jenson; first husband, Jack Christianson, and second husband, Emil Weber; younger sister, Betty Iverson; several brothers-in law, one sister-in-law, and two nieces. She is survived by her two children: Dale (Harmony) Christianson of Golden Valley, AZ, and Marsha (Dan) Wynn of Louisville, TN; four grandchildren: Cory (Angela) of Kingsport, TN, Christopher Rundle (and Teena Brown) of Friendsville, TN, Sadra (Josh) Isaacs of Chestnut Hill, MA and Abra Christianson of Minneapolis, MN; seven great grandchildren: Jack, Meredith, Rachel, Alyssa, Hannah, Nathan and Olivia; two sisters: Gladys (Henry) Berg of New Auburn, WI, and Laila Melgaard of Rice Lake, WI; one brother-in-law, David Iverson of Monroe, WI; two sisters-in-law: Bernice Christianson of Grand Forks, ND, Doris Foley of Menomonee Falls, WI, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A celebration of life will be at 3:00 on Sunday, July 2 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 429 Sandy Springs, Maryville. Family will receive friends at 2:00.
